Executive Director
Julia V. Justo Soto. PhD studies in Sustainable Development and Masters in Environmental Management from the National University of Federico Villarreal, Diploma in Finance from the Business Administration School (ESAN), Diploma in Energy Economics and graduated as an Economist at the National University of San Marcos. With specialization studies in environmental and financial issues at home and abroad in Asia, Europe and South America, with work experience and visits to various international financial institutions: EIB - European Investment Bank, Official Credit Institute of Spain-ICO, Financial Institute of Denmark (IFU), Guarantee Fund for SMCs in Taiwan, National Energy Finance Company of Colombia, CORFO from Chile, among others.
Since 2002 Official Member of the National Delegation for negotiations on climate change. She has been member of the Host Country Steering Committee of the PCF - World Bank. Current President of the Regional Environmental Commission of Huancavelica, has been President of the Board of CENERGIA (Center for Energy Conservation) and Chairman of the Board of PROMIHDEC Program (Mini-Hydropower Plants in Cuzco) and board member of several organizations local and regional development.

Juan Olazábal Reyes. Electrical engineer graduated from the National University of Callao with Master Studies in Energy from the National University of Engineering. 30 years of professional experience in power and energy planning, with professional training in the North America, Germany and Japan. He has been part of committees that develop policies and regulatory proposals to promote energy efficiency and use of renewable energy. He has been a Board member of the Energy and Environment Conservation Center - CENERGIA and also been national coordinator at the Latin American Energy Organization - OLADE. Currently serves as Director of the Energy Efficiency Project of FONAM-BID.

Manuel Jesús Luna Hernández. Collegiate Chemical Engineer, with 21 years of professional experience performing: energy audits, environmental, energy efficiency, energy and environmental regulations, project development and management of International Technical Cooperation - ITC, as well as studies on solid waste and liquid effluents. Master studies in Environmental Management at National University Federico Villarreal and a Diploma in Natural Gas Engineering at the University Ricardo Palma supported technically in the city of Buenos Aires - Argentina. He has been also a member of the Standing Committee of Natural Dry Gas - INDECOPI and the Committee of Industrial Boilers. Currently he serves as coordinator of the new Diploma Course in Energy Efficiency FONAM-UNMSM.

Jocelyn Bueno Méndez. Masters in Economics, graduate of the Freie Universität Berlin in Germany with a specialization in the politics of local economic development in Latin America. Training in Microfinance at the Grameen Bank Bangladesh. Researcher affiliated with the Berlin Offshoring Institute. Actually she serves as specialist of environmental projects in the division of Economy and Financial Analysis of FONAM.

David Ricardo Garcia Howell. Physics Engineer graduated from the National University of Engineering, with specialization on Climate Change. He has been part of the National Delegation in 14º United Nations Conference on Climate Change, Poznan 2009. Management of tools for implementing the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Kyoto Protocol and Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). Knowledge and experience in the process of national approval of CDM projects, estimation of emissions from greenhouse gases. Experience in Design and Evaluation of Projects (Project Cycle Management, Logical Framework). Currently serves as Coordinator of Carbon Area.

Freddy Alejandro Garro Flores. Studies on Electrical Mechanical Engineering, graduated from National University of Engineering. With experience identifying, analyzing and developing CDM projects. He had been part of the International Cooperation Project between FONAM and Japan International Cooperation Agency - JICA. Currently he serves as specialist in Energy and Carbon.

Regina Caterin Ortega Gordillo. Geographer Engineer, graduated at the National University of San Marcos in the Specialty of Environment and Natural Resources, has followed courses of Identification, Formulation and Evaluation of Public Investment Projects (ESAN), Specialization Course in Management and Treatment Waste 2nd ED (CEDETT), Course of Environmental Conservation, Youth Leadership Training (JICA - Japan), Course of garbage recycling system in Curitiba city and the state of Paraná with focus on social inclusion and development economic (ONWARD - Brazil). Experienced in assessment, formulation and monitoring of environmental projects, with emphasis on management of solid waste and carbon. Perform as specialist in solid waste and carbon.

Maria Grazia Rossi Luna. Studies on Environmental Engineering, graduated from the Faculty of Sciences of the National Agrarian University. With experience on issues related to climate change, Kyoto Protocol, CDM project cycle, national approval process of CDM projects, project design document (PDD) and estimating emissions of greenhouse gases. Currently she serves as Environmental Specialist.

He has been part of the National Delegation in 14º United Nations Conference on Climate Change, Poznan 2009. With specialization studies on Clean Development Mechanism at the International Center for Environmental Technology Transfer - ICETT - Yokkaichi Japan, and specialization on Agricultural Business Management. Master studies in Forestry Resources Conservation at UNALM. Currently he serves as Coordinator of the Forestry and Environmental Services Unit.

Daniella Diez Canseco Ortiz de Zevallos. Forestry Studies at the National Agrarian University, with specialization studies in Quality and Environmental Management, and courses in Tools for CDM Forestry Project Design, Agro forestry in the Peruvian Amazon and Financing strategies for desertification and drought. Experienced in forest plantations surrounding environmental mining liabilities and in evaluating the portfolio of national forestry CDM and REDD projects. Currently serves as forestry specialist.

Sara Jessica Salcedo Borda. Geographic Engineer, graduated from the The National University of San Marcos in the Specialty of Environment and Natural Resources, has followed courses of Design and Evaluation of Public Investment Projects (ESAN), Mine Closure and Environmental Liabilities (PUCP), Social management and conflict prevention in projects for the exploitation of Natural Resources (PUCP). With experience evaluating, developing and monitoring mining projects, with emphasis on remediation of environmental mining liabilities. Currently she serves as a specialist in environmental mining liabilities.

Patricia Vega Salas. Degree in Social Communication, with a Diploma in Strategic Training Management of Social Development Projects, diploma in professional photography and experience over 5 years in social projects and graphic design. Skills for developing and implementing projects, field studies, qualitative and quantitative research, monitoring and evaluation of projects. Design of communication strategies, communication tools development and educational materials. Actually she serves as Social Comunicator.

Ana Iris Moreno Salvatierra. Graduated in Plastic Arts at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Diploma in Design, with a specialty in Illustration at the University of Applied Sciences FH Münster - Germany. She has done independent work in Germany and Peru in the field of Illustration, Corporate Design and Corporate Identity. Actually she serves as graphic an illustrator designer.

Domingo Arzubialde Elorrieta. Architect graduated from the National University of San Antonio Abad in Cuzco. Master in Urban and Regional Planning from the National University of Engineering, with specialization studies in Management and Strategic Management from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences and a Diploma in National Defense and Local Governments in CAEN Professional with fifteen years of experience, having worked in FONCODES, Material Bank, COFOPRI, SBN and the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima as an Advisor to the Municipality Division of Urban Development and the Head of the Planning Area. Currently he serves as Infrastructure Coordinator of the Human Transport Project.

Nelson Lucero Joaquín Taboada. Studies in Geographic Engineering, graduated from the National University of Federico Villarreal. Expertise in design of plans in AutoCAD, ArcView and ArcGIS, trained in transportation planning and sustainable urban mobility, with studies in Spatial Planning and Geographic Information System in UNFV. Currently he serves as specialist in Geographic Engineering.

Sara Karenina Pizarro Lozano. BA in Communication for Development at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru. Professional experience developing communication plans, design and implementation of social projects and development of educational communication. She previously worked in the Directorate of Social Communication of the Ministry of Health, the Directorate of Student Affairs at the PUCP and in different organizations and projects aimed at social communication. Currently she serves as coordinator of Social Marketing.

Gloria Gladys Chang Gloria Chang-Fun. Collegiate Public Accountant, graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, with an MBA at the same university. With professional experience in the administrative - financial – accounting area for approximately 25 years, 15 of them in international cooperation projects funded by different donors, especially USAID, the World Bank and BID. Currently she serves as the Project Coordinating Unit and the Administration and Finance.

With experience in Peru and in Spain in landscaping projects, implementation of green areas in parks, boulevards and seawalls also in remodeling projects of streets. Training in Sustainable Transport Planning. Currently serves as a design consultant of the Pilot Bicycle Project of Jesus Maria and Lince.
